We were introduced to this duplex condo by the owner who had bought the unit 5 years previously is this modern building. We immediately saw the potential but unfortunately it was tired with an outdated style which was impacting the rent and sale prospects. Now this refurbished Loft celebrates European cool using clean lines and eclectic modern designs. Bllending desired materials such as: floating acrylic, industrial steel claddings, charcoal stained ash wood and marble tile floor.
Only a partial renovation was undertaken because the original bathrooms were well planned and the kitchen structure was solid, so we saved costs by augmenting the bar counter and even adapted some of the basic built-in furniture found in the bedroom.
