PatriciaI was born in Bangkok and since returning I wanted to use my skills to help investors in Bangkok's property market to find an easy design solution for their homes and rental properties. Speaking Thai fluently also helps me to create designs with our local suppliers. So much is possible and I want our clients to benefit.

We are Nath, Pat and Tim and collectively we have over 40 years experience designing all over the world, from Hong Kong, to Singapore, to Africa and Europe. We all love home design and decoration and also we love living in Bangkok, and that is what brought us together 6 years ago with our shared passion to help investors in Bangkok's property market to find an easy design solution for their homes and investments in condo buildings like The River, 185 Rajadamri, The Lofts Ekkamai, Villa Ratchathewi, Emporio Place, The Bangkok, The Infintiy and many more. Our initial idea was to find a way that investors in Bangkok's vibrant property market could have access to all our design expertise and Bangkok property acumen in a simple and fast way. That is what many of our Clients wanted and we listened and came up with a solution. Working with an interior designer does not have to be complex but unfortunately oftentimes companies make it that way which also increases time and cost, with no thought given to an owner's investment concerns.
